On the foundation piece, I&#8217;m referring to the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>initial business case<\/li>\n<li>the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lightsondata.com\/data-governance-operating-models-exposed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">data governance operational framework<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lightsondata.com\/data-governance-maturity-models-gartner\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">maturity model<\/a><\/li>\n<li>the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lightsondata.com\/data-governance-council\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">data governance council<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lightsondata.com\/10-data-governance-program-guiding-principles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">guiding principles<\/a><\/li>\n<li>resources, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let&#8217;s assume you have all this figured out and if not, you can get some clarity by starting to read the resources referenced above. The next question you might ask yourself is:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2>What are some of the must have data governance artifacts\u00a0my program should yield?<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>By artifacts, of course, you and I mean data governance\u00a0<strong>deliverables<\/strong>.
